Great value for money. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave us a map with all the tourist attractions, saving us time to explore. The guesthouse is conveniently located near several bar restaurants and has fast Wi-Fi.
There was sometimes noise from the neighboring dogs that kept us up at night. The internet connection was not always reliable and there was no water boiler in the kitchen for making coffee or tea.

The room was reasonably priced and had free Wi, Fi, which was convenient for completing my work during my business trip. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Plus, the room had a comfortable bed which helped me get some much, needed rest after a long day of meetings.
Despite the positive aspects of the hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

The location of this guest house is very convenient as it is very close to the temples. You can easily explore the ancient ruins of Ayutthaya by staying here. the guest house is situated in a street full of guesthouses, so you'll be surrounded by fellow travelers. It is also mentioned that the guest house is not too far from local food markets, which is a great advantage for those who want to experience authentic Thai cuisine.
The facilities at this guest house are very basic.

This hotel has a fantastic location, perfectly centrally located between all the parks in the historical area. It's just across from the historic park and nestled between the many temples. You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Ayutthaya.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.
